Brian Collins + James Victore Present

A Cape Cod Return and Creative Rebellion

October 16–19, 2025 • Woods Hole, MA

This is not a vacation. This is a reckoning.

Join James Victore and Brian Collins for 4 days of radical creativity, fearless conversation, and bold breakthroughs. Part design workshop, part artistic revival, part soul-cleansing ass-kicking. This retreat is for ambitious creatives, thinkers, rebels, and truth-tellers ready to shake off fear, find their edge, and do the best work of their lives.

Why Come?

Because you want more.

And you know you are capable of more.

Because your work feels safe, and you don’t.

This isn’t a conference. It’s not about notes and name tags. It’s about a small group, deep work, honest feedback, and real transformation. You'll get close, personal attention—something big events can’t offer. And you’ll walk away with creative tools and inner clarity that change the trajectory of your work—and your life. This is real transformation

Expect Fire

Brian and James are inviting a small group of creative leaders to join us at COLLINS TreeHaus for a 4-day creative reckoning in a setting that will clear your head and reset your compass.

The most meaningful moments happen in small, unexpected places. In conversations with friends and colleagues by the fire saying things they never knew they knew.

We’re offering time in a space by the sea. Time to get your hands dirty and challenge how you think. Time to reimagine your work and your voice and the impact you’re trying to have—and how you want to live while you do it.

It’s a return, a return to your instincts, your nerve and your creative spine. It’ll re-light a fire you can take home with you.

  • “Unforgettable. He doesn’t just inspire you in the moment. He changes how you think; about your work, your life, yourself. He helps you ask the hard questions that will really move the dial. Several years after going on one of his retreats, I’m still building on what I learned from him."
 —Christian Hunt

  • “His unique perspective on creativity and his emphasis on trusting your own intuition gave me the clarity and confidence to shift my focus. Thanks to James, I’ve learned the difference between simply making a living and living a creative life.” —Amanda Garcia

  • “James transformative retreat made me braver than I’d ever been! He helped me find my voice and better yet, to believe in it. James is the most natural and caring teacher I’ve ever met.” —Deb Stien

  • “I met James at his first salon many years ago and he changed my life. To this day, that experience, and his friendship, has helped to steer my battleship into uncharted waters where I have been challenged and forced to face my greatest foe: myself. I highly encourage you to take this journey with James, but be forewarned; your life is about to change. Be ready for it.” —Jim Nesbitt

  • “My time working with James gave me something I didn’t know I needed… space and permission to reenter the world with renewed confidence and momentum. He doesn’t just teach… he creates space for transformation. Little did I know it would dramatically shift my perspective and attitude. It was, without question, one of the best investments I’ve made in both my personal and professional life.” —Dan Hendrickson

  • “I met James Victore in a crucial moment of my life when I was busy and had lots of work but I just wasn’t happy and didn’t feel good about the work I was doing. I felt incomplete. James was the medicine I needed. Hard truths, lots of fun, amazing people and great food was the beginning of a new untraveled path that I’m still following." —Jorge Zambrano

What You’ll Feel

THINK TOLKIEN

Our home base for 4 days will be the “TreeHaus” a secluded, 5-acre wooded camp with a rambling, gabled, mid-century modern guest house and studio, hidden in Woods Hole, Massachusetts.

With a bike path that leads to the ocean, and nature trails that offer endless opportunities for exploration, you will be immersed in the transformative beauty of art and nature to rediscover your voice, your energy and your personal power.

Brian, by James

I want to be Brian Collins when I grow up.

Brian makes me jealous, he built an agency that is actually creative. They make bold, forward-thinking, wildly creative work. One of the few on the planet doing that. Seriously.

Brian has the kindness and the hat of a camp counselor and the curiosity of a 12-year-old who just found a blowtorch. His boyish charm belies the fire and creative fury he holds.

When Brian suggested we use TreeHaus for an event, I felt like a kid let loose in a museum with no parents around… “I can has that?”

Being around Brian makes you want to dream bigger, dig deeper, and say weirder things out loud.

James, by Brian

Years ago, James Victore grafittied his name all over the new COLLINS logo at the entrance to our first office on 5th Avenue. He thought it was funny. I thought it was rude… AND fantastic.

Why? I love James Victore.

James is the celebrated designer, author and firestarter known for work that punches you in the face—and then hugs you right after. His work blends razor-sharp wit with raw expression that refuses to behave. Beyond his studio, he teaches creative leaders to stop asking for permission and start making trouble.

On purpose.
